1. Definitions

To make things clear, here are some key terms in this agreement:

Space App (or “we”, “us”, “our”): The online/mobile platform and service operated by Krachis Space Technologies Inc. that connects Sellers, Creators (Creators), and Buyers for tech product collaborations and sales.

Seller: A person or business using Space App to offer tech products (gadgets, software, etc.) for promotion and sale. Sellers can create campaigns and collaborate with Creators to market their products to Buyers.

Creator (or Creator): An individual or entity (such as a content creator, social media creator, or blogger) using Space App to discover Sellers’ campaigns, create promotional content featuring Sellers’ products, and earn commissions on resulting sales.

Buyer: An end consumer who uses Space App to discover and purchase products offered by Sellers, often through links or codes provided via Creator campaigns.

Campaign: A marketing collaboration between a Seller and a Creator arranged through the Platform. In a Campaign, the Creator creates and posts content promoting the Seller’s product.

  • Deal: The agreed terms within the Platform for a particular Campaign. A Deal typically includes details such as commission rate, product(s) to promote, product delivery method (e.g. shipped product, buy & reimburse, or no product), any posting deadline, and confirmation from both Seller and Creator. Once both parties confirm a Deal in-app, it becomes a binding agreement between that Seller and Creator under these Terms.

Commission: The percentage of product sales (or a specific amount per sale) that a Creator earns as compensation for driving purchases in a Campaign. Commissions are tracked via unique codes or in-app referral links and are paid out to the Creator based on attributed sales.

Note: Sellers, Creators, and Buyers are collectively referred to as “users” of Space App. Specific provisions for each role are outlined in Sections 5, 6, and 7 below. In addition, Section 8 covers the Platform’s role and general policies that apply to everyone.
